The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The subject of the research is the shrimp chili business owner in Lamongan Regency. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. Where qualitative analysis uses triangulation data collection techniques while SWOT analysis is used to identify various factors systematically and formulate a company's strategy. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in strengthening the populist economy of coastal communities in shrimp sauce business in Lamongan Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The subject of the research is the shrimp chili business owner in Lamongan Regency. 本研究旨在探讨中小微企业(UMKM)在拉蒙干县虾酱产业中加强沿海社区民粹经济的发展策略。本研究使用的方法是定性方法。本研究的对象是拉蒙干县的虾辣椒店主。使用的数据分析技术是定性分析技术和SWOT分析。其中定性分析使用三角测量数据收集技术,而SWOT分析用于系统地识别各种因素并制定公司战略。本研究结果表明,拉蒙干县虾辣椒产业发展中小企业强化人民经济的可行策略是开发市场和产品,并通过提高拉蒙干县海产品的推广、质量和创新来强化市场渗透。关键词:发展战略,加强人民经济,UMKM。
