Based on a preliminary study to five health workers in the outpatient unit of the Cijaku Health Center, 80% or 4 out of 5 health workers had low to moderate work motivation. The decrease in work motivation will have an impact on the discipline of health workers. The research purpose was conducted to analyze there is relationship between age, education level, policy, supervise, compensation, and employment status with work motivation..This type of research is analitic quantitative with research design is cross sectional. The population in this study were health workers in the outpatient unit of the Cijaku Health Center 39 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so that the sample in this study was 34 people, its because 5 people was used to be sample for preliminary study. Source data is primary data by using questionnaire. Univariate analysis was conducted to describe the categories of all the variables. Bivariate analysis using Chi-square test was conducted to analyze there is a relationship between variables. The results showed that 73.5% of health workers had low work motivation. The largest proportion of the age of health workers is <32 years (85,9%), D3 education (58.8%), having employment status as non-permanent employees (55.9%), satisfied with the applicable policies (52.9%), satisfied with the ongoing supervision (67.6%), dissatisfied with compensation (70.6%). Based on bivariate analysis, it was found that the factors related to work motivation were policies with p value = 0.002 (PR 15.167; 95% CI 2.837-81.095) and employment status with p value = 0.038 (PR 5.958; 95% CI 1.332-26662).
