In this paper, we review the current status of use of Linked Data to manage OER and we propose the use of Linked Data to enhance the use of OER. Abstract

Open Educational Resources (OER) are freely accessible, openly licensed documents and media that are useful for teaching, learning, research, and assessing. OER are usually conceptualized as Learning Objects (LO). While there is a big abundance of OER available today, finding, querying, and integrating/interlinking these resources, to say the least, is difficult.
