Abstract
The performance of the principal of SD Negeri is the positive or negative behavior of the principal of SD in achieving SD goals. This study found that: (1) self-determination affects the work motivation of primary school principals by 25.3%; (2) organizational culture affects the work motivation of primary school heads in Aceh Besar District by 27.9%; (3) self-determination affects the job satisfaction of primary school principals in Aceh Besar District by 27.1%; (4) organizational culture affects the job satisfaction of primary school principals in Aceh Besar District by 21.5%; (5) self-determination affects the performance of primary school principals in Aceh Besar District by 20.2%; (6) organizational culture affects the performance of primary school principals in Aceh Besar District by 17.5%; (7) work motivation affects the performance of primary school principals in Aceh Besar District by 18.9%, and (8) job satisfaction affects the performance of primary school principals in Aceh Besar District by 24.5%. Negeri SD校长的绩效是SD校长在实现SD目标过程中积极或消极的行为。本研究发现:(1)自我决定对小学校长工作动机的影响为25.3%;(2)组织文化对亚齐Besar区小学校长工作动机的影响为27.9%;(3)自我决定对亚齐贝萨尔区小学校长工作满意度的影响为27.1%;(4)组织文化对亚齐贝萨尔区小学校长工作满意度的影响为21.5%;(5)自我决定对亚齐贝萨尔区小学校长绩效的影响为20.2%;(6)组织文化对亚齐贝萨尔区小学校长绩效的影响为17.5%;(7)工作动机对亚齐Besar区小学校长绩效的影响为18.9%,(8)工作满意度对亚齐Besar区小学校长绩效的影响为24.5%。根据研究结果,发现自我决定、组织文化、工作动机和工作满意度对亚齐省亚齐Besar区SD Negeri校长的绩效有显著的正向影响。关键词:自我决定、组织文化、工作动机、工作满意度、校长绩效。
