Abstract

Nowadays, the use of a wireless network as well as all over the world has increased very quickly. Although WLAN system constitute an important part of our lives almost on a daily, even though there is clear evidence of harmful effects on health available. This idea of the present study was exposed to 2.45 GHz electromagnetic field L. rhamnosus studied on the development of bacteria. Bacterial culture is divided into 16 falcon tube with 15 ml of sterile conditions. During the test tubes were divided into the two groups, control groups (n = 8) and test groups (n = 8). 2.45 GHz half-wave dipole antenna is used as the source of the electromagnetic field, 1 watt maximum power density tubes were exposed to radiation. These two groups throughout the experiment samples were taken one-hour intervals for 8 hours. (experimental group and control group) Effect of pH eliminated at this stage, only time and was working on. Experiment lasted for 8 hours, and was made in sterile environments. Analyzing the results of the experiment the experimental group of L. rhamnosus bacteria grow in less than control group of L. rhamnosus bacteria. The experimental group reach the period of dead earlier than the control group, were found. As a result, the electromagnetic radiation which emitted by the dipole antenna was affected by bacteria of L. rhamnosus.
