PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR UNIT PENYELENGGARA PELABUHAN KELAS III JENEPONTO

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Competence, Work Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit (2) the simultaneous effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Port Administration Unit Office Class III Jeneponto (3) the most dominant variable affects the Employee Performance at the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit Office. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Competence, work motivation, and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jeneponto Class III Port Administration Unit Office. This means that competence, work motivation, and work culture can improve employee performance at the Jeneponto Class III Port Administration Unit Office (2) simultaneously Competence, work motivation and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Class III Port Administration Unit Office, Jeneponto (3) partially shows that work culture is a variable that has a dominant effect toward performance at the Jeneponto Class III Port Operational Unit Office. This shows that the better the work culture of the employees will further improve the Employee Performance of the Class III Jeneponto Port Administration Unit Officers.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh (1) secara parsial Kompetensi, Motivasi kerja dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pada Pegawai Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto (2) pengaruh secara simultan Kompetensi, Motivasi kerja dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto (3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) secara parsial Kompetensi, Motivasi kerja, dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto. Ini berarti bahwa Kompetensi, Motivasi kerja, dan Budaya Kerja mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto (2) secara simultan Kompetensi, Motivasi kerja dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto (3) secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Budaya kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja Pada Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik budaya kerja pegawai akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Pegawai Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Kelas III Jeneponto.
