The subjects of the research were 26 students at the tenth grade of SMKN 1 Terbanggi Besar . The reading comprehension test was used as the research instrument. The data were analyzed using paired sample t-test. The result showed that there was a statistically significant difference of students’ reading comprehension of narrative texts. Abstract
