Abstract

The problems of electromagnetic isolation between microelectronic circuits have been investigated and developed theoretically. A new technique of a screen based on holes in the metal has been used. Two systems of holes arrangement have been tested. The first one is disposed in an adjacent way and the other in a staggered arrangement. The two arrangements have been modeled based on the variational method. The trial functions of each case have been proved.
