Ten elements of teaching satisfaction evaluation based on learners’ perspective are obtained through LDA theme model: interactive communication, teaching arrangement, personal style, combination of content and practice, teaching skill level, courseware making and design, teaching style, acceptability of course content, classroom atmosphere and video presentation effect. Among them, the three most popular elements are classroom atmosphere, teaching style and video presentation effect. Abstract

Based on the perspective of learners, this paper makes a systematic study on the evaluation elements of teaching satisfaction, and collects a total of 276389 online comment text data from the MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) network of Chinese universities in a certain period time.
