Describe the solutions that PAI teachers do in increasing students’ learning motivation at SMA Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik. \nThe research used a qualitative research as approach as approach and case study as research design. The data collection used observation, interview, and documentation techniques: The data analysis used following steps reduction, display and draw conclusions. \nThe results of this study indicate that: (1) The forms of PAI teachers' efforts in increasing students' learning motivation at Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik High School such as: giving grades from student learning outcomes, giving praise and prizes, giving tests and assignments, using learning methods that varied in teaching, using learning media and giving punishment. (2) Obstacles faced by PAI teachers in increasing student motivation at Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik High School are as follows: when teachers use learning methods to increase learning motivation, some students are a bit slow in the learning process. Meanwhile, when teachers use learning media to increase learning motivation, students have different grasping powers, students who have less understanding will find it difficult to understand the material taught by the teacher. And the obstacle faced by the teacher itself is the use of learning methods and media in the material being taught. Abstract

The Purposes of this study were to: (1) Describe the efforts of PAI teachers in increasing students’ learning motivation at SMA Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik. 白老师努力提高希达亚图斯高中学生学习的动力
本研究的目的是:(1)描述PAI教师在SMA Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik提高学生学习动机的努力。(2)描述PAI教师在SMA Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik提高学生学习动机方面遇到的障碍。(3)描述PAI教师在SMA Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik提高学生学习动机的解决方案。本研究采用定性研究为研究方法,案例研究为研究设计。数据收集采用观察法、访谈法、文献法;数据分析采用整理、展示、总结等步骤。本研究结果表明:(1)在Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik高中,PAI教师在提高学生学习动机方面的努力表现为:根据学生的学习成果进行评分、给予表扬和奖励、进行测试和布置作业、在教学中使用多样化的学习方法、使用学习媒体和给予惩罚。(2) Hidayatus Salam Lowayu Dukun Gresik高中PAI教师在提高学生学习动机方面面临的障碍是:教师在使用学习方法来提高学习动机时,部分学生在学习过程中有些缓慢。同时,当教师使用学习媒体来增加学习动机时,学生的掌握能力不同,理解能力较差的学生很难理解教师所教授的材料。而教师自身所面临的障碍是所教材料中学习方法和媒介的使用。同时(3)PAI教师在克服这些障碍或问题时所采取的解决办法是:为儿童提供机会,让他们就遇到的障碍向教师咨询,使用各种学习方法和学习媒介,保持学生学习的兴趣、意愿和热情,创造有吸引力的学习环境,提供学习协议或合同,提供建立学生的惩罚。
