The results are compared for both deterministic and stochastic models for different multipath channels and found that stochastic method of implementing sum of sinusoids model results in low bit error rate. Abstract

In the past two decades, there has been efforts to model a wireless communication channel in an efficient way. Most of the work reported in the literature employs deterministic method to model the channel. Since deterministic method is site specific and results into complex models and therefore is not practically viable to model a general wireless communication channel.
