Materials and Methods: A pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design was used in this study. Non-probability convenience sampling technique was used to select the samples. The sample consists of 57 nurses working in NICU, labour room, Paediatric and Gynaecology wards of a selected hospital in Kattappana.
