Abstract
Due to high proportion distributed power generation and the infeed of multi large capacity HVDC in receiving-end power grid, the issues of frequency stability and voltage stability are increasing. In order to better adapt to the access of high proportion of distributed photovoltaic(PV) generation, this paper proposes the typical access scenarios of high proportion of distributed PV in medium and low voltage distribution network and the operation requirements of distributed PV generation. Firstly, three kinds of typical access scenario are presented in the paper according to the different access voltage level and access capacity, in accordance with existing distributed photovoltaic design standards. The steady-state performance of the proposed typical access scenario in the distribution network is analyzed. On this basis, the output characteristics of distributed photovoltaic are required to meet the requirements of stable operation of distribution network. Simulation results show that the three typical access scenarios proposed in the paper and the steady-state operation requirements of distributed photovoltaic power generation can not only improve the power quality of the grid, but also take into account the safety and stability of the grid.
