Abstract

Cultural ecology is an emerging interdisciplinary discipline that applies the methods of ecology to the study of culture, and is a science that studies the existence and development of culture and its laws. As teachers are located in different cultural environments, their professional development is inevitably influenced by the local natural and social-cultural ecology at the time. This paper analyzes the relationship between cultural ecology and teachers' professional development orientation, elaborates on the orientation and connotation of early childhood teachers' professional development based on baseline research, analyzes the real-life dilemmas of early childhood teachers' professional development, and explores the optimal path of early childhood teachers' professional development by combining the main points of cultural ecology theory in order to promote their professional growth.
文化生态视角下幼儿教师专业发展的现实困境与优化路径研究
文化生态学是将生态学的方法应用于文化研究的一门新兴的交叉学科,是研究文化存在、发展及其规律的一门科学。教师处于不同的文化环境中,其专业发展必然受到当地自然生态和社会文化生态的影响。本文分析了文化生态与教师专业发展取向的关系,在基线研究的基础上阐述了幼儿教师专业发展的取向和内涵,分析了幼儿教师专业发展的现实困境,并结合文化生态理论的主要观点,探索幼儿教师专业发展的最佳路径,以促进幼儿教师的专业成长。
