Abstract

The variety of electric vehicle power configurations requires a streamlined and practical energy control strategy. However, many controllers use too complex control methods or only solve a part of the problem. The goals of these studies include increasing the distance and increasing the life cycle of the battery. These two conditions normally be at opposite poles, it is difficult to satisfy both. In this paper, a fuzzy controller combined with a low-pass filter is proposed to find a good point between the two criteria above. The proposal provides an effective and feasible control strategy for applying to the real-time system.
