Accordingly, it is needed to improve the waterproof performance of jacket materials and the structure of power cables for extending lifetime and preventing failure. We uses non-flaming polyethylene materials instead of PVC(polyvinyl chloride) as a outer jacket material and encapsulating structure. We also use super smooth class material as a inner semi-conductive layer. Abstract
