An electoral activity of the population as an indicator of social tension in the region

Abstract

The article examines the electoral activity of the region’s population in the context of its further application as an indicator of social tension. Based on the analysis of the results of a sociological study of electoral activity, the authors substantiate the need to include such studies in the mechanism of regular monitoring of social tensions in the region.
