The Paths of Ideological and Political Education in Improving Competitiveness in Employment of College Students

Abstract

Ideological and political education is a important way to enhance the competitiveness of college students in employment, which is used to cultivate the college students the correct outlook on life, value and the the world at large and the positive attitude toward employment and professional dedication are cultivated, which is of great help to enhance comprehensive practical ability of college students. This paper discusses the basic connotation of employment competitiveness of college students and the current employment status, and effective interpretation is made on the ideological and political education in improving the employment competitiveness of college students.
