Abstract

This article deals with the design and control implementation of a self-balancing mobile robot. The article outlines the design of the robot on the hardware side using the ESP8266 microcontroller. Subsequently, an algorithm is programmed for the proposed and constructed hardware using a PID controller. The robot uses a wireless Wi-Fi interface to communicate from a PC or mobile device. To facilitate operation, a mobile application and a web interface have also been designed and programmed.
