FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELENGKAPAN IMUNISASI DASAR PADA BAYI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LALONGGASUMEETO KABUPATEN KONAWE TAHUN 2022

Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Dalam 3 tahun terakhir, cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Puskesmas Lalongggasumeeto tidak pernah mencapai target.  Cakupan IDL Puskesmas Lalonggasumeeto pada ditahun 2020 sebesar 45,5%. cakupan tersebut belum mencapai target Renstra tahun 2020 sebesar 92,9%.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan rendahnya kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalonggasumeeto Kabupaten Konawe tahun 2022.Metode: Adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study (belah lintang). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling.Hasil: Menunjukkan ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu (p value=0,012) dan dukungan keluarga (p value=0,002) dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalonggasumeeto Kabupaten Konawe tahun 2022.. Tidak ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu (p value=1,000) dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalonggasumeeto Kabupaten Konawe tahun 2022.Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dan dukungan keluarga dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalonggasumeeto Kabupaten Konawe tahun 2022 dan tidak ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalonggasumeeto Kabupaten Konawe tahun 2022. Abstract Background: In the last 3 years, the complete basic immunization coverage at the Lalongggaeeto Health Center has never reached the target. The IDL coverage of the Lalonggasumeeto Health Center in 2020 is 45.5%, this coverage has not reached the 2020 Strategic Plan target of 92.9%.Objectives: To determine the factors associated with the low completeness of basic immunization in infants in the working area of the Lalonggasumeeto Public Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2022. Methods; Quantitative study using a Cross Sectional Study approach (cross-sectional). The number of samples as many as 62 respondents with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Results: Indicate that there is a relationship between the level of mother's knowledge (p value=0,012)  and family support (p value=0,002)  with the completeness of basic immunization for infants in the working area of the Lalonggasumeeto Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2022. There is no relationship between maternal occupation (p value=1,000)  with the completeness of basic immunization for infants in the Lalonggasumeeto Public Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2022.Conclusion: There is a relationship between mother's knowledge and family support with the completeness of basic immunization for babies in the Lalonggasumeeto Health Center work area, Konawe Regency in 2022 and there is no relationship between mother's work and completeness of basic immunization for babies in the Lalonggasumeeto Health Center work area, Konawe Regency in 2022.
