Abstract

There are large numbers of component parts of equipment, application of PHM system cannot cover it universally and it is unnecessary, for improve the application efficiency of PHM system of equipment, the important problem overall design of PHM system of equipment should be faced is to determine the scope of its application. This paper describes meaning of the application scope of PHM system from two aspects of application object and failure mode. Secondly, it puts forward a method to determine the application object of PHM system of equipment from the aspects of mission significance(including training mission, combat mission and special mission), fault frequency (list failure statistics law of four typical equipment) and economy; it constructed failure mode determination method by using the improved FMECA method.
设备PHM系统应用范围的确定方法研究
设备的组成部件数量众多,PHM系统的应用不可能全面覆盖,也没有必要,为了提高设备PHM系统的应用效率,设备PHM系统总体设计应面临的重要问题是确定其应用范围。本文从应用对象和失效模式两个方面阐述了PHM系统应用范围的意义。其次,从任务意义(包括训练任务、作战任务和特种任务)、故障频率(列举四种典型设备的故障统计规律)和经济性等方面提出了确定装备PHM系统应用对象的方法;采用改进的FMECA方法构建了失效模式确定方法。
