Abstract

New Media develops rapidly in recent years and it has various modes of transmission. The paper introduces in the environment of New Media how the development of its transmission affects the traditional teaching and learning model in universities, and according to its characteristics, brings up the opinion of reforming innovative talents training model by the better use of its transmission technology.
