Abstract

Purpose : The purpose is, in order to evaluate the extent of achievement of learning performance for ‘manage the population’s health within the health care system’ among the 8 program learning outcomes presented by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education, develop an evaluation system connecting academic subjects and extracurricular activities, and present directions for developing an evaluation system for each school. Methods : This study is a methodological study intended to develop the evaluation system to ‘manage the population’s health within the health care system’ among the 8 program learning outcomes presented by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education. 基于能力的护理大学生专业学习成果评价体系的构建:以人的健康管理为重点
目的:为了评估韩国护理教育认证委员会提出的8项课程学习成果中“在医疗保健系统内管理人口健康”学习绩效的成就程度,制定将学科与课外活动联系起来的评估体系,并提出各学校评估体系的发展方向。方法:本研究是一项方法学研究,旨在开发评估系统,以“管理卫生保健系统内的人口健康”,其中包括韩国护理教育认证委员会提出的8个项目学习成果。结果:本研究结果通过文献回顾、问卷调查和项目学习成果评估系统的模型设定过程,形成了“管理卫生保健系统内人口健康”的评估体系。结论:基于本研究结果建立的评价体系可积极应用于护理教育,有望为提高护理专业学生毕业时的健康管理能力做出贡献。
