Abstract

Based on the value chain theory, this article explains the value creation process and value creation driving factors of the dual-channel supply chain, analyzes the steps of the value creation flowchart of the dual-channel supply chain, and proposes that the manager of each node in the supply chain is the value. The subject of creation and the high-quality and scarce resources in the supply chain are all objects of value creation. Each activity in the value creation of a dual-channel supply chain requires the joint participation and collaboration of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain, which cannot be completed by a single node enterprise.
双渠道供应链价值创造模式构建
