Abstract

Scientifically defining the concepts of enterprises self-oriented innovation is the basis of in-depth research of self-oriented innovation. In this paper, the connotation of self-oriented innovation of enterprises was analyzed through literature research. And the spiral technology roadmap of enterprises self-oriented innovation was built. 科学界定企业自主创新的概念是深入研究企业自主创新的基础。本文通过文献研究对企业自主创新的内涵进行了分析。构建了企业自主创新的螺旋技术路线图。通过构建企业自主创新螺旋技术路线图，发现企业自主创新的内涵至少应包括自主创新能动性、自主创新资源整合能力、自主创新成果生产能力和自主创新持续能力四个核心要素。在此基础上，分析了四个核心要素之间的关系。建立了企业自主创新的概念体系。这些工作为企业自主创新的深入研究提供了理论支撑。
