The results confirmed that: (i) there is a positive influence of the values of social relations related to work on job satisfaction; (ii) there is a positive influence of prestige values on job satisfaction, although less expressive; (iii) there is a positive influence of the values of stability at work on satisfaction; and (iv) there is no influence of values of professional achievement on job satisfaction. Abstract
