Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationships between work values and the satisfaction in the work of public servants who work in the service of service to society in the Federal Court. Based on one in a sample of 193 individuals, the study is characterized by its quantitative nature, of analytical character, in which it uses the modeling of structural equations. The results confirmed that: (i) there is a positive influence of the values of social relations related to work on job satisfaction; (ii) there is a positive influence of prestige values on job satisfaction, although less expressive; (iii) there is a positive influence of the values of stability at work on satisfaction; and (iv) there is no influence of values of professional achievement on job satisfaction.
