The framework of public health service model based on power big data was described from the topics of epidemic normalization prevention and control, analysis of home status of home health observers, care for the elderly living alone and the disabled people, and people staying up late. Through power big data analysis, models can be established to analyze the characteristics of residents' indoor activity consumption, to provide data basis for the development of public health related work and improve the accuracy and efficiency of public health services. Abstract
