LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN OPERATIONAL INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article examines the current problems of the theory and law enforcement practice of the ORD, concerning artificial intelligence technologies in operational investigative activities. The author analyzes the regulatory legal acts regulating the use of artificial intelligence technologies, suggests measures aimed at improving operational investigative legislation. The main conclusions of the study are the need to supplement the Federal Law «On Operational Investigative Activities» with a conceptual apparatus related to the use of artificial intelligence technologies in operational investigative activities
