Survei awal di RSUD Kab. Kolaka Timur diketahui terdapat kekurangan APD baju hamsat pada awal pandemi Covid-19 dibulan Maret-April dan kekurangan masker N95 dibulan Juni-Juli.Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Manajemen Persediaan APD Nakes Pada Saat Pandemi Covid-19 di RSUD Kab. Kolaka Timur Sulawesi Tenggara Tahun 2020.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Case Study. Informan penelitian yaitu Wakil Direktur, Anggota Bagian Perencanaan, Koordinator Bagian Logistik, Anggota Bagian Logistik dan Koordinator Bagian Perawatan.Hasil Penelitian: manajemen persediaan APD Nakes yang dilakukan oleh RSUD Kab. Kolaka Timur sudah cukup baik, dengan melakukan perencanaan APD jangka pendek, melakukan pemantauan stok dengan cara menghitung dan pelaporan stok masuk, jumlah penggunaan, sehingga mengetahui perkiraan kebutuhan APD kedepannya. RSUD juga melakukan permintaan dan pengadaan APD yang secara mendesak. Pengarahan dilakukan oleh Direktur/ Wakil direktur secara langsung atau memelalui rapat. Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Nomer 188.45/ Tahun 2020 Tentang Revisi Satgas Percepatan Penanganan Coronavirus Disease RSUD Kab. Kolaka Timur Tahun Anggaran 2020 bagian logistik bertanggung jawab menjalankan tugas dalam persediaan APD Nakes saat pandemi Covid-19. Pengendalian penggunaan APD dilakukan dengan mengontrol setiap pengeluaran APD atas permintaan unit-unit agar tepat sasaran dan sesuai kebutuhan.Kesimpulan: RSUD Kab. Kolaka Timur sebaiknya memiliki perencanaan anggaran cadang untuk mengantisipasi adanya perubahan keadaan dimasa mendatang, sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang akan dihadapi. The initial survey at the East Kolaka District Hospital found that there was a shortage of PPE with protective clothing at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in March-April and a shortage of N95 masks in June-July. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the supply management of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Resgional Public Hospital Districts East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi 2020.Method:This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The research informants were the Deputy Director, Members of the Planning Section, Coordinator of the Logistics Section, Members of the Logistics Section and the Coordinator of the Maintenance Section.Result: that the PPE Nakes inventory management carried out by Resgional Public Hospital Districts East Kolaka, namely by doing short-term PPE planning, monitoring the stock by counting and reporting the incoming stock, the amount of use, so as to know the approximate need for PPE in the future. The Resgional Public Hospital also requests and procures PPE in an urgent manner. The briefing is carried out by the Deputy Director directly or through meetings. Based on the Decree of the Director Number 188.45 / 2020 concerning the Revision of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Coronavirus Disease at Resgional Public Hospital Districts East Kolaka for Fiscal 2020, the logistics department is responsible for carrying out duties in the supply of PPE for health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
