The article uses materials from a sociological survey of junior (1st, 2nd, 3rd) year students of ASMU on this topic from the standpoint of a healthy lifestyle (HLS). According to the obtained data, 52 % of students consider their nutrition to be unreasonable, and 76 % would like to adhere to a diet; most of the respondents do not have a holistic understanding of the practice of healthy eating in the changing conditions of university education. Abstract
The article deals with the problem of maintaining a balanced, rational nutrition of junior students.
