Ecological light duty vehicles - an experience based product development process based on two different vehicle concepts in a resource limited environment

Abstract

For specialized vehicles designed for smaller groups, the standard product development process usually leads to inadequate products. The aim of this paper is to develop a flexible and modular product development process that can be used even in a frugal environment and leads to a higher quality of the end product.
