Message from IEEE ED Malaysia chapter chair

Abstract

On behalf of the IEEE Electron Devices Malaysia Chapter, I would like to welcome all participants and paper presenters to the 2016 IEEE International Conference on Semiconductor Electronics (ICSE2016). This is the 12th international organized by the IEEE Electron Devices Malaysia Chapter and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society. I am very pleased with the positive response received from various local and international research institutions as well as institutions of higher learning.
