Abstract

The structure that the rubber isolation bearing connected with the cantilever column is often used in China and other countries. This paper proposes a sequential optimal control strategy for serially connected isolated structures. The control devices are installed at the isolation level. The equation motion of the vibration control system to the serially connected isolated structures subjected to two-directional horizontal earthquake excitation is established. Sequential optimal control algorithm is used to control the example. Results show that the proposed control algorithm is very effective in reducing structure seismic response under the two-directional horizontal earthquake, and especially in reducing the displacement of isolation layer.
双向水平地震作用下串联隔震结构的序贯最优控制
