The subjects in this study were all employees of the Utan Health Center in Sumbawa Regency. This study used a sample of 60 employees, consisting of 15 male employees and 45 female employees. The sampling technique in this study uses Disproportionate stratified random sampling and to test the hypothesis MANOVA analysis tools are used with a significance level of 5%. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant difference in the work motivation of male employees and female employees at Puskesmas Utan, Kabupaten Sumbawa, where the significance value is 0.002 <0.05. 本研究旨在分析松巴哇县Utan保健中心工作动机及工作满意度的性别差异。本研究的研究对象为松巴哇县Utan健康中心的所有员工。本研究以60名员工为样本,其中男员工15名,女员工45名。本研究中的抽样技术使用不成比例分层随机抽样,并使用显著性水平为5%的方差分析工具来检验假设。数据分析结果显示,Puskesmas Utan, Kabupaten Sumbawa的男性员工和女性员工的工作动机存在显著差异,显著性值为0.002 0.05。关键词:基于性别的工作动机与工作满意度差异分析
