Abstract

The Snow Rescue Task Force is a new concept in emergency winter rescue operations in the Denver metro area. A utility company is an essential member of this revolutionary new approach. By assessing the resources and skills of task force members, the collaborated efforts have proven successful in emergency rescue operations in the Denver metro and surrounding communities.
