ALTERIDADE, CULTURA E O CUIDAR DE SI

Abstract

O tema do presente artigo é alteridade, cultura e o cuidar de si. Referente à primeira ideia é possível afirmar que a alteridade se renova todos os dias, através das transformações que ocorrem na sociedade, dessa forma, pode-se afirmar que a alteridade não é apenas uma ideia que não se movimenta, mas sim dinâmica e que está diretamente envolvida com a cultura, haja vista, que ambas relacionam-se com o indivíduo desde os primórdios. Já quanto ao cuidar de si o mesmo apesar de parecer algo simples, está inteiramente ligado ao ser humano, o que o torna cada vez mais complexo. Diante disso o objetivo do artigo é instigar reflexões acerca do tema inicial proposto. Para isso, no aspecto metodológico, a pesquisa foi de natureza básica; utilizou-se do método descritivo; e da forma bibliográfica como procedimento técnico. Por fim, considera-se que a alteridade é um instrumento que auxilia na preservação das etnias e da cultura de um povo, haja vista, que a mesma previne a massificação, enquanto o cuidar de si diz respeito ao reconhecimento, tanto exterior como interior, ou seja, é o olhar a si mesmo. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Alteridade. Cultura. Cuidar de Si.  ALTERITY, CULTURE AND SELF-CARE Abstract: The theme of this article is alterity, culture and self-care. Regarding the first idea, it is possible to affirm that alterity is renewed every day, through the transformations that occur in society, so it can be said that otherness is not only an idea that does not move but is dynamic and is directly involved with the culture, given that both have been related to the individual since the beginning. As for caring for oneself even though it seems simple, it is entirely linked to the human being, which makes it increasingly complex. Therefore, the objective of the article is to instigate reflections about the proposed initial theme. For this, in the methodological aspect, the research was of basic nature; the descriptive method was used; and the bibliographic form as technical procedure. Finally, it is considered that alterity is an instrument that assists in the preservation of the ethnic groups and the culture of a people, given that it prevents massification, while self-care concerns the recognition, both external and internal, that is, it is looking at itself.Keywords: Alterity.
