Abstract

According to the traditional planning method, it is difficult to deal with the source and load imbalance caused by the grid connection of distributed photovoltaic and the increasing number of new load, and the future development of source and load imbalance. By studying the conflict characteristics between different planning stages, the progressive planning method is proposed.
