The aim of proposed work is to optimize the encoder parameters for higher compression ratio and higher PSNR value for every video independently. Here, NSGA-II is used to find out the optimum parameters for the encoder that can provide good quality encoded videos. Six QCIF format videos having 176×144 resolutions, are used here. Abstract
High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC/H.265) is the latest video coding standard proposed by the Joint Collaborative Team on Video Coding (JCT-VC).
