Abstract

The article examines the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection and the subsequent economic and social crises on the acceleration of business digitalization and the need to adapt the system of intangible motivation and stimulation of the organization’s personnel to the existing realities. The importance of ensuring a favorable socio-psychological climate in the company, psychological comfort of employees in the workplace, personalization and actualization of the used intangible motivation tools is reflected. The options for improving the use of the most common methods of intangible motivation are proposed. The relevance of this topic is due to the increasing share of using various methods of intangible motivation in most companies, regardless of geographical location, company size, number of employees, industry, its financial position in the market and other factors that provide an advantage over competitors and other stakeholders.
