Inclusive orientation of the development of the insurance market of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of the economy

Insurance inclusion is considered as an integral part of financial inclusion, recognized by the world community as an engine of economic growth and an important factor in social equality. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features, problems and mechanisms for ensuring the inclusiveness of the Ukrainian insurance market. In the course of the study, dialectical and abstract-logical methods, methods of a systematic approach, comparison, observation, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and so on. An assessment of the main indicators of the development of the insurance market of Ukraine was carried out. It is noted that at present they do not meet the requirements of the time and indicate a low level of insurance inclusiveness. At the same time, it was found that over the past years, the insurance sector has been characterized by a stable annual increase in the volume of services provided; there is a growing demand for such types of insurance as life insurance, voluntary medical insurance, accident insurance; auto insurance, etc. It is noted that the identified trends are to a certain extent determined by the increasingly widespread introduction and use of digital technologies in insurance practice. Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of an inclusive orientation in the development of the insurance market, which implies a more complete satisfaction of consumer needs. Insurance inclusion is considered as an integral part of financial inclusion, recognized by the world community as an engine of economic growth and an important factor in social equality. 本文论证了包容性导向在保险市场发展中的重要性,这意味着更全面地满足消费者的需求。保险包容性被认为是普惠金融的一个组成部分,被国际社会公认为经济增长的引擎和社会平等的重要因素。本文旨在探讨乌克兰保险市场包容性的特点、存在的问题及保障机制。在研究过程中,运用了辩证、抽象、逻辑、系统方法、比较、观察、分析、综合、归纳、演绎等方法。对乌克兰保险市场发展的主要指标进行了评估。值得注意的是,目前它们不符合时代要求,表明保险包容性水平较低。与此同时,研究发现,过去几年,保险部门的特点是提供的服务量每年稳定增长;对人寿保险、自愿医疗保险、意外险等保险的需求日益增长;汽车保险等。值得注意的是,所确定的趋势在一定程度上是由数字技术在保险实践中日益广泛的引入和使用决定的。概述了基于社会正义原则并旨在满足所有类别潜在消费者获得保险服务的平等需要的主要措施。
