The second aspect is the theoretical aspect in which the most important suspicious terms are presented such as the electronic management, knowledge, electronic website, e-content development, and electronic publishing. Then, after tracking the various concepts that show the limits of search and its fields, the electronic management for Quran sites is defined as a collection of technical and organizational efforts carried out by individuals to design Quran sites on a technical and scientific levels and made available on the Internet taking into account the high quality standards. Therefore, the most important criteria for evaluating websites include technical and administrative standards such as: intellectual authority, use of multimedia, hypertext, digital files, interactivity, speed, rich features, hyperlink and continuous updating.
