Message from the ATC 2019 General Chairs

Abstract

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to extend our warm welcome to all of the presenters and participants to the 2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC 2019) which is co-organized by the Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and the IEEE Communication Society (IEEE ComSoc), and hosted by the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) from October 17th to 19th, 2019 in Hanoi.
