Abstract

The review presents novel insight on the cells of normal and pathological synovial fluid (SF) which detected by light microscopy, as well as the diagnostic value of some biochemical markers of SF which can help in the differential diagnosis of diseases musculoskeletal system [1]. Early diagnosis will help to start timely treatment at the primary stages of the disease. The clinical lecture notes the pathway for standardization of laboratory procedures in SF examination в for conventional practice of medical lab in Russia.
