In this paper, we proposed a novel QoE model with test samples and methods for video streaming service on mobile internet. This model consists of two key points: one is a whole QoE structure composing of some individual video streaming QoE indicators and their parameter ranges adapted to the mobile Internet environment and smaller-size handheld terminals, the other one is the procedure of test samples generation and the subjective assessments based on the proposed QoE model.
