Abstract

. This study aims at determining the influence of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention with Organizational Commitment as a Mediation Variable at Hotel Puri Santrian. The samples in this study were permanent employees of Hotel Puri Santrian. The method of the sample used is simple random sampling method. The number of samples were 61 people.
