The author sets out the chronology of the development of this type of training, as well as analyzes the validity of separate training. In the course of the study of the genesis of women's education in Russia, descriptive and diachronic methods were used, as well as historical and cultural analysis aimed at studying the relationship between the socio-economic situation in society and the role of woman in it, and, accordingly, the education she receives. The author established that in the history of Russian women's education, which has deep roots, there had been no direct ban on training for women, and the content and nature of their knowledge acquisition were determined by their general economic significance in society, i.e. objective prerequisites. Abstract
The article examines the problems of women's education in Russia in the historical and cultural context. The author sets out the chronology of the development of this type of training, as well as analyzes the validity of separate training. In the course of the study of the genesis of women's education in Russia, descriptive and diachronic methods were used, as well as historical and cultural analysis aimed at studying the relationship between the socio-economic situation in society and the role of woman in it, and, accordingly, the education she receives.
