In order to make software systems more trustworthy, this study examines how several reliability measurements might be used. Additionally, the paper stresses the need of implementing a quality improvement programme like root cause analysis to get to the bottom of faults and reduce the likelihood of recurrence of the same errors. This paper demonstrates how an efficient programme for root cause analysis may enhance the learning process and contribute to the establishment of standards in any business. An introduction to software reliability measurements and a root cause analysis tool are provided in this article as a means of bettering overall software quality.
