Abstract
One of the prominent characteristics of the people of the Orient is to breathe in the mystical atmosphere of the great personalities that are accepted in the society. Although there is limited written information about some scholarly writers, such as Ahmed-i Hani and Fakiy-i Teyran, who make a name for himself in history, there are many menkibes who come with shifah culture. Mullah Ahmed al-Jazerȋ, which is the main subject of our study, has the same situation and there is not much information about him.
Mullah Ahmed al-Jazerȋ is a scholar of Cizra who has made his way in the pasture of Sufismi and took his place in the hearts of the Orient. He became famous for his work “Divan”. He knows the subtleties of Divan literature and speaks Turkish, Arabic and Persian at an advanced level. As we understand from the Divan, Mullah Ahmed al-Jazer's imagination of Allah was influenced by the manifestations of most beautiful names of Allah, which he observed in the universe. The astonishing events in nature, the revolvers, the perfect order and functioning. He has taken the world of heart of al-Jazer to a different dimension. He witnessed the reflections of Allah's names such as Kadir, Cemil, Kemal and Rahman in the goods. He handled these cosmological verses, which penetrated his soul around him, in a literary style in his Divan and transferred them to the next generations.
