Abstract
Learners' concentration is an important factor to consider in e-learning in order to assess learners and the learning process. Despite the importance of this factor, limited work has been made to model it. Therefore, this study displays a generic approach to model the learner's concentration in e-learning environments. This approach identifies first from different definitions the type of traces that should be collected.
