Abstract
This paper proposes a calibration method for a 3-axis probe for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing including its uncertainty evaluation. Initially, the proposed calibration system for a 3-axis probe is demonstrated. Then, electromagnetic field theory is applied to the system in order to determine the incident electric field at the probe.
